5 oz. Finely Chopped Ginger
1 750ml bottle Twisted Path 100 proof Vodka
- Clean ginger and chop finely or buzz in food processor.
- Add ginger and vodka to a glass jar and seal lid. Save vodka bottle.
- Shake vigorously daily for 7 days.
- On day 8, strain ginger through tea strainer and cheesecloth.
2 oz. Twisted Path White Rum
¾ oz. Fresh Lime
¾ oz. Simple Syrup (30oz 60total)
2 dashes Bittercube Jamaican #1 Bitters
Shake with ice, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
2 oz. Ginger infused 100 proof Twisted Path Vodka
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup (equal parts water and sugar)
1 dash Bittercube Jamaican #1 Bitters
1 dash Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
Top: 1 oz. Seltzer
Shake with ice, strain into highball glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
2 oz. Twisted Path Aged Rum
¼ oz. Turbinado Syrup (15oz)
2 dashes Bittercube Jamaican #2 Bitters
Stir with ice, strain into rocks with fresh ice. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
2 oz. Twisted Path Vodka
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Winter Spiced Syrup (recipe below)
1 dash Bittercube Trinity Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cedar flamed lemon disc expressed and inserted.
