Chai sour

2 oz. Twisted Path Chai

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake on ice and strain.

Rum new fashioned

1.5 oz Twisted Path Dark Rum

1/2-3/4 oz Twisted Path Chai

Stir on ice and strain onto new ice.

chai gimlet

1.5 oz. Twisted Path Gin

1/2 oz. Twisted Path Chai

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

3/4 oz. Lime Juice

Dash or two of bitters

Shake on ice and strain


1.5 oz. Twisted Path Chai

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1/2 oz. heaving whipping cream

1 whole egg

1 dash Angostura bitters

In a shaker tin, combine Twisted Path Chai Liqueur, turbinado simple syrup, heavy whipping cream, and ice. Shake. Strain the cocktail into one half of the shaking tin and discard the ice from the other half. Add 1 whole egg to cocktail, then shake vigorously until egg has emulsified. Pour cocktail into glass, topping with one dash of Angostura bitters.

BLENDER CHAI NOG (serves 6-8)

1 1/3 cups Twisted Path Chai

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup cream

6 eggs (no shells, but hopefully that was obvious)

1 cup warm water

Combine water and sugar in blender, blend until sugar is dissolved (about 20 seconds)

Add remaining ingredients, blend about 30 seconds.

Store in the refrigerator, shake before serving cold.
